It's time once again to thumb through the toy section of this month's Previews, and see what goodies we can uncover. Scheduled to start shipping in August.
DC's He-Man comic is on page 123.
The first four Batman Animated Series figures can be had on page 146.
And on page 147, a second Batman 4-Pack: New 52, Alex Ross, Frank Miller, and Superfriends.
Page 149 offers Stargirl and Hawkman figures.
Oddly, page 151 has toys based on two animated movies: Cyborg and four Son of Batman characters: Batman, Deathstroke, Nightwing and Robin.
IDW's Littlest Pet Shop comic is on page 170, My Little Pony is on 171, Transformers vs. GI Joe on page 175, Transformers on 176/7, and GI Joe on 177/8.
There are several Lego books on page 420.
Page 453 has Marvel Zombies villain Minimates - Sabretooth, Kingpin, Dr. Doom and Morbius.
And page 455 has Pathfinder Minimates.
Continuing the pattern, there's a Pulp Fiction Minimate set on page 457.
The Marvel Select Spider-Man on page 458 might be worth it just for the display base.
The new Marvel Legends are on page 460. Older ones are on 461, right next to the Avengers Infinite Series.
Here's something weird: Papo figurines, both dinosaurs and the Fantasy Mutants we've reviewed in the past. Get them on page 467.
Page 468 has a bunch more Funko ReAction toys - Goonies, Predator, Universal Monsters, and modern horror.
NECA's got a few big Predator items on page 469.
You can go to page 472 to see a new series of Star Wars Black figures.
Transformers fans! Page 474 is for you!
K'nex is doing Titanfall? Apparently so, according to page 476.
Pages 550 and 551, in the DVD section, have a few things of interest: Plastic Galaxy: The Story of Star Wars Toys, Toypunks Vol. 1, and Toys Are Us: A Revolution in Plastic.
