The Bigger Kraglin Theory

As yo brought up in today's review, witness the Star-Lord and Kraglin figures next to each other:

Here, thanks to the magic of Photoshop, is what Kraglin would look like if he were smaller:

In case you need to compare the two versions of Kraglin:

The legs on the fake one are the same size as the production figure, but the head and torso are just 95% of the final size. The pelvis sits better on the hips, and the total height is more accurate. So there may be something to yo's assertion that something went wrong during tooling.

  1. Hasbro gave Kraglin the proportions of a McFarlane DC Multiverse toy. This is infuriating since it's likely to be the only non-mocap Sean Gunn action figure.

  2. Ai Muhao says:

My word! What a difference a slight reduction to the head and torso makes! Seeing them side-by-side, I can completely understand why the actual figure feels so "off".

I'm also kind of reminded of that old Toybiz Juggernaut where he's barely bigger than, say, Scott "SLIM" Summers. You might not notice when he's on his own, but put him next to someone else...
