He had long hair and some real wild ideas. He didn't always do what other people thought was right, but he laid down some inspiring words that a lot of us try to live by today. And if you need one more clue, his birthday is next week.\" This week started off with the review <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/yo\/mlh2_sl.php\">that misleading text<\/a> promised.<\/li>\n<li>Our next two reviews are kind of a matching set, and a real present for fans of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/artemis\/wow_vs.php\">characters with ridiculous names<\/a>. Artemis started us off with a figure that could definitely use a weatherman to see which way the wind is blowing.<\/li>\n<li>And then yo followed that up with a big green monster that seems to have <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/yo\/wow_re.php\">some kind of wolf fetish<\/a> and personal hygiene issues. Not that those two things are in any way related.<\/li>\n<li>And since that brought 2007 to a close, it was time for our annual Toy of the Year rundown. We do it first, and we still do it best. To find out who won the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/articulation\/0712.php\">2007 ToY Awards<\/a>, and to see everything that was nominated, you just need to visit our page.<\/li>\n<li>Since UPS's crazy shipping schedule means that new comics won't be arriving in stores until Friday, here's another link to our weekly <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/blog\/?p=14630\">This Week In Comicshops<\/a> list.<\/li>\n<li>January 1st was a Tuesday, so it was no surprise that our first review of 2008 was a Transformer. You didn't think we were going to give up <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/yo\/rb_lambor.php\">TF Tuesdays<\/a>, did you? Of course not! That would be silly. Of course, this one was a little different, in that it wasn't a Transformer. How can this be? Only one way to find out.<\/li>\n<li>Since that was a pre-scheduled review, it shouldn't really count as being the true \"first\" review of the new year, you know? That honor falls to Monkey Boy and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/monkey\/necaavpra.php\">a new, popular movie figure<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Speaking of popular figures, yo came back with a candy-coated foursome based on the biggest <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/yo\/kubhalo3.php\">circle-based entertainment property<\/a> of 2007.
