Monarch addendum"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As mentioned in my recent <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/yo\/vb_mon.php\">Monarch<\/a> review, his wings were broken:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/yo\/art\/vb_mon4.jpg\" width=\"330\" height=\"355\" class=\"aligncenter\"><\/p>\n<p>So I got in touch with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.entertainmentearth.com\/prodinfo.asp?number=BBP09109&id=BR-004285470\" target=ee>Entertainment Earth's<\/a> customer service, and they sent a replacement figure out immediately - they even said I didn't have to send the broken one back! So, worst case scenario, I'll have one with his wings glued in place \"down,\" and one with his wings glued in place \"spread.\" <s>I'll update this post once the replacement arrives.<\/s><\/p>\n<p>Update! The new Monarch arrived, and his wings work perfectly!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/yo\/art\/vb_mon1.jpg\" width=\"310\" height=\"355\" class=\"aligncenter\"><\/p>\n<p>The eyes were painted poorly - one pointing up, one pointing down and to the side - so I swapped the heads. But the important thing is that the wings are mobile and unbroken, and that Entertainment Earth took care of the problem in a timely manner.
