It's time once again to thumb through the toy section of this month's Previews, and see what goodies we can uncover. Scheduled to start shipping in May.<\/p>\n
We begin with DC Direct's Ame-Comi<\/b>. Zatanna and Cheetah get repaints this time, both looking better for it. Page 139.<\/p>\n
Page 142 has more Starcraft<\/b> figures - Tychus and Kerrigan. Due on October 26.<\/p>\n
IDW's GI Joe<\/b> and Transformers<\/b> comics are listed between page 146 and 151.<\/p>\n
Transfans should check out page 353, for The Transformers Vault hardcover<\/b>, which is a big history of the brand.<\/p>\n
And then, right on the next page is The Unofficial Cartoon Guide to He-Man<\/b>, which has everything you'd expect, plus info on 50 unproduced episodes.<\/p>\n
Page 372 has Marvel Select<\/b> versions of Captain America and Red Skull. Page 373 has the Cap-themed Minimates Series 40<\/b>.<\/p>\n
There are Halo Minimates<\/b> on page 374, and a surprisingly expensive Jak and Daxter<\/b> set on page 375.<\/p>\n
Since most of these toys won't be out until October, page 376 has this year's Universal Monsters Minimates<\/b>: Frankenstein and Dracula.<\/p>\n
There are new Family Guy<\/b> figures on page 378 - complete with talking bases like the Simpsons toys had.<\/p>\n
Page 378 also offers a new assortment of GI Joe<\/b> toys: Snake-Eyes, Iron Grenadier, Crazy Legs, Viper, Croc Master and Rock Viper.<\/p>\n
Want a 14\" tall Lion-O<\/b>? Why? Well, you can get it on page 380.<\/p>\n
NECA is doing Gremlins<\/b> again, starting with a series of mogwai on page 382.<\/p>\n
Excitingly, Shocker Toys' Indie Spotlight Series 2<\/b> is listed on page 382, as well. Let's hope Diamond doesn't screw them over this time.<\/p>\n
Page 383 lists DC Universe Classics Series 17<\/b>, the Blackest Night-themed series.<\/p>\n
Mezco's DC Mez-Itz<\/b> are listed on page 384: two-packs, and Batman with the Batmobile.<\/p>\n
There's an Iggy Pop<\/b> figure on page 389, which may be the creepiest toy you'll see all year.<\/p>\n
And then, on page 395, you can see NECA's Duke Nukem<\/b> figure. It's been a long, long time, hasn't it?<\/p>\n
Doctor Who<\/b> fans will want to see the huge bounty of new toys on page 409.<\/p>\n
