It sounds like a flight of fancy, since Super7 is all about updating the old toys, but did you know an unmasked head was designed for the original toy?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/tmnt_ult4_cj8.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/tmnt_ult4_cj8-250x300.jpg\" title=\"click to embiggen\" width=\"250\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It's hard to tell from a decades-old photo of the wax sculpture, but it appears his face is a bit scarred on one side, explaining why he wears a mask? Or maybe that's just bad Polaroid lighting. He's definitely got a big grimace over there, though.
