{"id":36994,"date":"2022-05-24T07:43:48","date_gmt":"2022-05-24T11:43:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/blog\/?p=36994"},"modified":"2022-05-26T19:04:45","modified_gmt":"2022-05-26T23:04:45","slug":"tmnt-antrax-addendum-addendum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/blog\/2022\/05\/tmnt-antrax-addendum-addendum\/","title":{"rendered":"TMNT: \"Antrax addendum\" addendum!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yeah, you read that right, this is an addendum to an addendum.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/blog\/?p=36870\">Last week<\/a> we told you about all the steps it took for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/yo\/neca_tmntccas.php\">Antrax<\/a> to become a real character, beginning with this Mega Mutant concept:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/antrax1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/antrax1-300x300.jpg\" title=\"Army Ant (click to embiggen)\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->And all that remains true, but what we didn't realize at the time was the Army Ant made it all the way through sculpting! Here, via Anaglyph Sculpture, is the wax version of the toy that never was:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/antrax8-1024x731.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/antrax8-300x214.jpg\" title=\"click to embiggen\" width=\"300\" height=\"214\" class=\"aligncenter\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It's amazing they got that far into the process and still cancelled him.
