Our subject today is Galoob's <i>Dinosaucers<\/i> playset.<\/p>\n<p>Every good 80s toyline needed its centerpiece, the big backdrop all your other toys would crawl all over. Usually this would be the heroes' headquarters (Castle Grayskull, GI Joe HQ, the Ghostbusters Firehouse, etc.), and <i>Dinosaucers<\/i> would have followed suit with the Lava Dome.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2004\/11\/ds_lavadome.jpg\" title=\"Dinosaucers Lava Dome\" width=\"450\" height=\"635\" class=\"aligncenter\"><\/p>\n<p>Although ostensibly sized for the 1\" figures and their ships, there would have been enough clearance for the 8\" figures to play in it as well. The various computer consoles in the upper level don't actually attach to the base in any way, instead just being designed to push up against the all (or each other) in any combo you like.
