While most of the characters were just copies of official art, the redesigns were still in-progress.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/03\/dcsh4brn8.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"455\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"original Brainiac pitch concept\"><\/p>\n<p>Brainiac's head already had that \"octopus mantle\" shape, though a bit more pronounced, but the biggest change is that rather than being purely silver, he was a few different shades of grey with a red body!
