Week 2 of our look at the remaining unreleased Earthworm Jim<\/i> toys. Our subject today is the memorable \"Professor Monkey-For-A-Head\".<\/p>\n

One of the major recurring villains in the cartoon, Playmates probably thought holding Professor Monkey-For-A-Head back for Series 2 would help future sales. And maybe he would have, if he'd made it into production.<\/p>\n

The glimpse of Jim's arm in the product catalogue shot reveals how they were planning to make a figure that's secretly two in one: by making him noticeably smaller than the rest. He still would have used a lot more plastic, though. Perhaps that expense would have been balanced out by Evil Jim<\/a>.<\/p>\n
