And while the <i>Void Rivals<\/i> set might have been interesting, the figures in it are the crummy O-ring style, instead of modern quality.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.oafe.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/voidrivals.jpg\" width=\"390\" height=\"635\" alt=\"A blister-carded two-pack of Zertonian Solila and Agorrian Darak, looking absolutely crummy\" class=\"aligncenter\"><\/p>\n<p><i>Void Rivals<\/i> is the book that sneakily introduced Skybound Entertainment's \"Energon Universe,\" but the fact the Transformers sometimes show up in it is about the least interesting thing it has going on. It's just a good, solid, sci-fi story that's able to stand on its own without relying on the tie-ins as a crutch.<\/p>\n<p>But it's likely these may be the only figures we ever receive from it, so for them to be this style makes the set not worth spending money on.
