So what were we meant to get, and why didn't we?<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->According to Ken Lilly, Rizzo was going to be packaged with the Dancing Cheeses from the first episode of <i>Muppets Tonight<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2003\/08\/mupriz6.jpg\" width=\"225\" height=\"160\" title=\"Fran\u00e7ois Fromage and his Dancing Cheeses\" class=\"aligncenter\"><\/p>\n<p>This claim is backed up by the fact that in that scene, Rizzo wears the red jacket with yellow sleeves, as well as the headset this figure did end up coming with. (His hat was red, rather than yellow, which is what the variant Rizzo wears.)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2003\/08\/mupriz7.jpg\" width=\"370\" height=\"240\" title=\"Blue Rizzo\" class=\"aligncenter\"><\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, there wasn't good enough reference material for Palisades to work from, so the cheese were dropped and something else was put in its place.
