Due to a typo in the opening credits, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer<\/i> was Bumble gets his name because he's an abominable snowmonster, but \"abominable\" is hard to say. For Yukon Cornelius, anyway; everybody else manages to say it just fine. Maybe he has a speech impediment. copyrighted not in 1964 (MCMLXIV), but rather in the year 1164 (MCLXIV). Yes, the same year Henry II banished Thomas Becket to France. However, the story is based on the 1949 song, which is itself based on the 1939 book, both of which are still protected. Plus, all the new songs were copyrighted, as well. So basically, the copyright snafu really only affects anything original to the special, like the Misfit Toys<\/a>, Yukon Cornelius<\/a>, and of course The Bumble.<\/p>\n![](\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/funko_rbr60mm_bum2.jpg\" "\\"standard")
Bumble gets a chase variant. It's the same mold, posed with the feet wide apart and the arms raised threateningly, but the normal version is plain white, while the variant's is duller, kind of like the difference between white plastic and glow-in-the-dark plastic. That's not what it is, though: take him into the darkest room you want, he still won't glow. No, this version is darker because the plastic it's made from has sparkly glitter mixed in, I guess to make him look frosted? Like when frost forms in your beard during winter. The blue skin and the white for his eyes and teeth are still painted, so those get to be plenty bright, especially by comparison.<\/p>\n
