Okay, so we said before that McFarlane's Halo 3 figures were in a 5" scale - but that’s not really accurate. Yeah, the figures are 5" tall, but height isn't scale.
Apparently Master Chief is 6'10" - or an even 7' when he's in his armor. Since scale is generally based on a 6-foot-tall character, we need to make some adjustments:
Master Chief, in a 5" scale, would stand 5⅞" tall. Since he’s just over 5" tall, that means McToys' line is actually in a 4⅜" scale - even weirder than we thought, and entirely unrelated to any toyline that's come before.
