So just yesterday we told you that the GI Joe movie sequel was underway, and that a writer had been hired. Today we get word of who that writer is!
According to Filmdrunk, the film will actually have two screenwriters: Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, the guys who wrote the much-adored Zombieland. They're also writing the Deadpool movie, so that's just geek cred all over the place!
Stephen Sommers hasn't officially signed on, but his contract did include the sequel.
