Sure, he can't move, and he stands only 3" high, but he's made from nothing but paper and glue, and best of all, he was free. Here's a size comparison with a tiny, tiny Optimus Prime:
If you want to make your own, here's the pattern. (The site listed on the pattern itself no longer exists.) There are no instructions, but I'd never made any papercraft before and I figured it out, so I bet you can, too. You'll even have the benefit of seeing my finished product, for all that's worth...
