Despite our worries that the replacement of Stephen Sommers would slow down production on the GI Joe sequel, it seems things are still moving ahead as planned. According to The Hollywood Reporter:
"(Byung-hun) Lee will head to the U.S. to begin shooting in June, with the film slated to open in the summer of 2012."
So, good news all around!
