You know how much of Mattel's DCU Classics line is given over to the Four Horsemen creating cool updates of all the characters who appeared in Kenner's "Super Powers" stuff back in the '80s. There's one figure, however, who is unlikely to ever see an update, and you've probably never heard of him - his name is Captain Ray.
