Flippin' Through Previews - April '11

It's time once again to thumb through the toy section of this month's Previews, and see what goodies we can uncover. Scheduled to start shipping in June.

The DC Direct Flashpoint figures we showed you at Toy fair are on page 134. They're due July 20.

Page 137 shows two GL offerings: the Blackest Night Box Set, which will come out November 9, and Green Lantern Series 4, which should be out the week before.

IDW's Transformers listings begin on 149, and run until GI Joe starts on page 152.

Marvel Minimates Series 41 is listed on page 372. That's the one with Spidey/Green Goblin, Hulk/Iron Man and Mr. Sinister/Nimrod.

Then, on page 374, an X-Men First Class Minimates set. The comic, not the movie.

Diamond Select needs to learn what calling something a "figure" means. The Femme Fatales Lady Death on page 375 is a statue, not a figure.

But if you flip to 376, the Universal Select Dracula and Frankenstein actually do count as figures. Hard to believe it's almost Halloween again!

There are some new Indie Spotlight two-packs from Shocker Toys on page 378.

Lots of DC figures on 379, and lots of shocking prices. The Batman Legacy single figures will apparently be $20. The two-packs will be $38. Green Lantern Movie Masters will be $22. Ouch!

There's a new series of Marvel Universe toys on page 384, with Dr. Strange, Falcon, Apocalypse and Scarlet Spider. There are also Thor toys and a super generic Superhero Squad listing.

The new Thundercats toys are listed on page 391, including lots never seen before!

Speaking of which, there are two Thundercats ministatues on page 394.

Ghostbusters fans should check out the "Imports" section. There's a sexy bishoujo statue on page 404, and plushes on page 410.

Page 408 has two nigh-identical Doctor Who sets, with the scarfy one and some Daleks.

You know those 4" Crysis figures you've seen in Target? There are more shown on page 413, right below a listing for Assassin's Creed figs.
