This is the latest in a series (of indefinite length and regularity) of blog posts memorializing cancelled toys. Our figure today is Diamond Select Toys' Days of Future Past Mystique.
Mystique would have been part of the Marvel Select line, and was planned to come with a really versatile base: a section of the White House's Oval Office! That would have been fun for a lot of figures!
Sadly, Mystique has now officially joined the cancelled club. As revealed in the latest Ask DST, they were unable to obtain the necessary approval. There go your hopes for a blue and nude Jennifer Lawrence.
