Kotobukiya has announced that the Transformers will be joining its Bishoujo statue line, beginning with Optimus Prime and Megatron:
Lots of clever design touches here, like Optimus' windows becoming pockets, or Megatron's new haircut resembling the robot's helmet. We look forward to seeing who else makes the transition from steel to skin.

As a Transformers fan, I like all the little touches, like reimagining Optimus' trailer as a little carry case, or how both Optimus and Megatron's emblems are roughly where they'd be on their original counterparts (putting Megatron's on a tie so that it hangs over the centre of her chest is a nice idea).
The only thing I'm kinda iffy about is having the Matrix of Leadership just be a necklace or pendant, but I guess the only way you'd show how it's hidden inside OG Optimus' chest would be if it became Bishojou Optimus' bra or something.
Don't give them any ideas! 🙂
Remember, on the real Optimus, her "jacket" would be completely zipped up to be his solid chest; only seeing the Matrix when it's unzipped makes sense that way...
Ah, now that you mention it, you're absolutely right. As a Transformers fan, I am shamed that didn't occur to me.
Though in my defense, that's a pretty small jacket and she has a rather...er... "generous" bust.
But seriously, though. That's some brilliant thinking. The designer(s) really put thought into these designs.
