"Once upon a time there were three little girls who went to the Jedi Academy and they were each assigned very hazardous duties. But I took them away from all that and now they work for me. My name is Cha'Li."
Here we have probably the three most famous Twi'leks in all of Star Wars-dom: Sith Darth Talon, Jedi Aayla Secura and dancing girl Oola Sheprobablyhasalastnamebutwhocares. These are the busts, not the action figures (in case you couldn't tell). They're set up in homage to Charlie's Angels, though sadly not in the iconic silhouette pose - just the idea of grouping three women.
Their personalities are showing through, as well: Talon is a Sith, so wants to dominate the galaxy and murder all those who oppose her; Aayla was a Jedi, basically the police force of the old Republic; Oola fell down a hole and was eaten by a grue rancor. If you want a slightly less literal interpretation, Aayla and Talon are both Force-users, so would have a greater awareness of their surroundings, as well as a greater athleticism - they might find Oola's more mundane skills to be annoying and clumsy.
The first paragraph up above is merely a parody of the Charlie's Angels opening narration - of the three of them, only Aayla would have actually gone to the Jedi Academy.
