We stole this joke. And all the figures used to make it. Problem? In case you're somehow not familiar with Jay-Z, this is a play on the lyrics to his song "99 Problems": We considered putting Miles O'Brien in there with La Forge instead of Scotty, but O'Brien was wearing the same mustard uniform and that made the picture boring.
