Just like a white trash mom from Florida, Silk Spectre I still tries to dress exactly like her daughter. And technically, "white trash mom from Florida" was one of our rejected punchlines for this toon. Silk Spectre II's line comes from that old anti-drug PSA from the '80s. Since we couldn't think of anything funny to have her reacting to, we just cut out Sally's line entirely and had Laurie screaming at her apropos of nothing.
