This is a repurposed Futurama joke - men enjoy slapstick violence, and women believe that Sex & the City is supposed to be a comedy.
Like we mentioned before, the S.L.U.G. Zombies built a complete set of undead Three Stooges - Curly in Series 2, Moe in Series 3, and Larry in Series 4. Not that any of them were called that, but as you can see, they're easy to recognize.
The man in this toon is Sawblade Sampson, the zombie hunter based on Ash Williams - Ash Williams, who's famously played by Bruce Campbell, an avowed Three Stooges fan. The women are Series 4's "Johnson" and Series 3's "Double-Barrel Carol"; no references there, they were just the only two human females in the line.
