Angela hails from the Spawn universe. Yes, Spawn, the guy who has a living, symbiotic black costume with big white eyes. Oh, that Todd McFarlane - always creating something new and innovative!
That said, we now want to read a comic where Venom becomes Sorcerer Supreme, just so he can wear Dr. Strange's cape.
As Venom pointed out, Angela's not wearing any panties - a reference to the famous "Party Angela" variant from back in the day.
