Sorry, John McClane - Mr. Church just isn't in a giving mood.
He is right, though: they're not the same size. McClane is a Palisades PALz, which is half an inch bigger than Minimates' standard 2" scale. It's just a trick angle that makes them look the same size here (because we wanted to keep their feet on-panel, for the added benefit of blood).
