This is the danger of crossovers: picking up strange foreign diseases you don't have the antibodies to deal with.
In case you can't recognize them, that's Superior Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2099, and Scarlet Spider beneath the Starro spores.
If we'd been thinking, we would have put the big one on 2099's chest, since he has a skull emblem there, and it would be like the Starro had glommed him accidentally. but we didn't think of it, and nobody feels like restaging and reshooting the toon.
