Take Your Daughter to Work Day is an annual event where... well, you can figure it out. This is a broader version of that.
"Youngling" is a literary term for children, but it's best known these days because of Star Wars.
That's Portal 2's P-body with one of the blind-boxed turrets, and Tarman with a Funko Walking Dead Mystery Minis burnt zombie. Any resemblence is purely coincidental.
