Yeah, you read that right, this is an addendum to an addendum.
Last week we told you about all the steps it took for Antrax to become a real character, beginning with this Mega Mutant concept:
And all that remains true, but what we didn't realize at the time was the Army Ant made it all the way through sculpting! Here, via Anaglyph Sculpture, is the wax version of the toy that never was:
It's amazing they got that far into the process and still cancelled him. Keeping track of all those pieces (including two little sidekicks?) would have been a nightmare, though.
