Bizarre that Hasbro apparently decided that Luke Cage's blue pants are black but that Tarantula's black mask is blue. If they picked just one interpretation, then one of them would have ended up in the correct colors at least, but nope, they whiffed on both.
All I could think of was Zarak, from LJN's old D&D line. Dressed entirely in black with red trim, but since his hood was highlighted in blue in the art, LJN dutifully colored just the upper half of the hood in a nice vibrant blue. 40-odd years later, Hasbro has somehow found two ways to make the same mistake.
