As yo said in today's review, "Elderly Shipwreck":

GI Joe Classified encounters Dial of Destiny Renaldo in a dirty alley. They're both wearing blue shirts and white caps, so they do look alike. Shipwreck: "...Pappy? Is that you? Did you ever get those smokes?" Renaldo: "Uh... not yet, son. Real soon now!"
