Flippin' through Previews - May '12

It's time once again to thumb through the toy section of this month's Previews, and see what goodies we can uncover. Scheduled to start shipping in July.

The first item is on page 151: DC Direct's New 52 FLash and Parademon toys, due August 15.

IDW is adding to the ranks of their toy-based comics with a new Battle Beasts series. See a preview on page 159.

The Transformers comics are on pages 160-163, while GI Joe is listed on 175-177. That includes the new Danger Girl/GI Joe miniseries.

I know one of our readers will be excited about this: on page 383, you can order a 1:15 Knight Rider car!

Page 385 has halo Minimates Series 5 as well as Marvel Select Nightcrawler.

If you're familiar with Mad Monster party, you'll want to see page 387, where you can order the first series of toys.

And on a similar note, page 388 has a black and white set of Universal Select figures, plus a Minimate version of the Munsters' Koach.

There are several talking Futurama toys on page 392.

On that same page, you can order the Venture Brothers Brock Samson figure.

Page 393 introduces Bruce Lee: Temple of Kung Fu figures, as well as big, padded Bruce Le Dragon Fists. Think "Hulk Hands," but pink.

Fans of Zenescope's Grimm Fairy Tales can order "Grimmies" block figures on page 395.

You may remember in our coverage of this year's Toy Fair when Clayburn Moore introduced the Jurassic Strike Force toys, and the first two are listed on page 396.

There's a whole lot of Dark Knight Rises listings on page 396 as well, including Mezco's Mez-Itz and Mattel's junk.

Are you a Whovian? Then see page 400 for the K-9 and TARDIS playset.

Page 400 also has a listing for the new GI Joe Retaliation figures.

And also, a line of 6" Godzilla toys, which will surely appeal to Poe!

You'll find the Hobbit toys listed on page 402, but still no images to let us know how these are going to be.

We jump over a few relistings to page 413/414, where you can see the new TMNT cartoon toys. So cute!

Page 415 has Transformers, and they continue over the fold, too.

Horror fans are sure to like the Frankenstein 9-incher on page 416, and there's another b/w Universal Select three-pack here.
