As mentioned in today's review, the image on the back of the Babyface Killer's packaging represents the front of Stallings Hall on the campus of Loyola University New Orleans. Compare this shot of Tree on her third loop (just over 30 minutes into the film) to a real shot from the quad, as seen on movie location fansite Set-Jetter:

Granted, that was in 2014, three years before Happy Death Day was shot, so there's a building that isn't there anymore, but it's still fun to be able to move around and see how accurately everything fits together.
