Here's something to ponder on TFTuesday: Hasbro has made Star Wars Transformers, and they have Marvel ones on the way as well. So where, may I ask, are the GI Joe versions?
There have been many GI Joe/Transformers crossovers in the comics, so why not in the toys? Fans would be lining up to get them, no doubt.
Of course, I don't mean that we should have a HISS tank, for instance, that turns into Cobra Commander, or a motorcycle that turns into Snake-Eyes - that would just be silly. But a Rattler jet that turns into Starscream? A Wolverine that changes into Ironhide? Include tiny Joe and Cobra figures to serve as drivers, and you'd have a sure-fire hit. Heck, they already did something similar with the Energon Snow Cat, and it was awesome.
So with the movie coming up next year, how about it, Hasbro? Where are our GI Joe Transformers?
And now, some more OAFEry:
