   I don't get it - isn't this exactly what NECA just did? Same scale and everything. What's the point of this?

   So they're planning on doing multiple Kickstarters, one for each character, and the first one alone is asking for $85,000? That's pretty damn high for just one toy that, despite this version being amazing looking, has been done before.

   And correct me if I'm wrong--but isn't doing a limited run of one character less economical than funding the whole thing?

   Also, it's completely unclear whether or not they'll be able to produce the figures with or without Kickstarter. Almost as if this is just some bonus thing for fans. And the video makes it sound like they're under the impression that any amount donated will help. That's not how Kickstarter works. You either get the big pile of money or you don't.
