Called it! Day 9 of the Elf Advent Calendar is the second half of yesterday's. We already had a bunch of cardboard candy canes sprouting up from the display area of this set, but now we have a full one. You can tell it's a digital sculpt, because any real person working by hand would have swirled the stripes around the cane; here they're just aligned peaks and valleys, because whoever did the work only sculpted one side and then mirrored it. It's okay to take shortcuts sometimes, but only when they work.
