Chuck, proprietor of the New Junk City scrapyard, and his poodle-bulldog Fifi, appeared in the first level of the original EWJ game, but were held back for Series 2 of the toys.
Sadly, the line didn't make it that long, so this boy and his dog were sent to the junk heap.
