Today's review of NECA's Alien 40th Anniversary Ripley action figure touched briefly on the use of photo-realistic paint for the figure's likeness.
On the left, the original 2015 release; on the right, the 2020 release. The difference is quite apparent, even before you click to view the full-sized image.
