I have to throw my hat in the ring for Black Widow as Toy of the Year, she's a little expensive but with the new articulation, all the bracelets, hands, guns, effect pieces and most importantly heads, I think she's worth it for sure. Definitely my Marvel Legend of the year if nothing else

I'd like to nominate the S.H.Figuarts Naruto Uzumaki - The No 1 Most Unpredictable Ninja

He comes with a ton of accessories (like he's got everything you would want a Naruto figure to come with, such as his Rasengan), has excellent articulation, looks like he came straight out of the show, and the best part, he's only $30 and available at most major retailers, such as Target and Walmart, meaning that you can buy multiples of him to use as shadow clones.

I got mine when he first released and I still can't put him down, that's how fun he is

Mythic Legions Duban is probably my top pick for the best figure this year. The usual amazing sculpt and paint from the Four Horsemen, plus new parts with improved articulation, multiple weapons, lots of extra hands, a hawk companion, and an incredible wired cape make for an even more amazing figure than what has come before. Add to that the interesting Ranger theme for the figure, and all for the low price of $37! Easily my favorite Mythic Legions yet, and also, one of the most customizable. You can't go wrong with Duban.

This has been a hard one for me this year since most of my extra spending went into board and tabletop games.

Best of the year I'd say is a tie between
+Ultimate Optimus Primal with his gorgeous black paint, fun transformation with flip out firing rockets, wrist guns, and a face that can go from faceplate to mouth.
    And
+Core class Swoop due to being a cheap figure with an AWESOME robot mode and great dino mode despite having to be a combiner limb as well, all at the very affordable $10-11 price point

Also Movie Bowser for being big fun with a neat fire/mist breath gimmick, but not nearly as good as the other two.

Best Exclusive would be the Toxic/G2 color repaints of various Transformers at Wal-Mart. They look so eye catching different from the normal color schemes and Grimlock could double for Greymon if someone made him a helmet. Same for best packaging

Best accessory would be the extra face plates for the FNaF Funko Snaps figures. They add a bunch of extra personality to the animatronics and are so neat that I bought the storage room playset just because it has spots to display a bunch of them. Plus when you consider how low the figures are priced it's kinda surprising that an extra face was included alongside a regular accessory.

    BAF would be Condiment King

Worst would be continued issues with simply getting new figures out and restocking.
