The Last (Doll)house on the Left

It's a stypical horror movie story - first, the family is unsettled by the general vibe in their new house:

Asked my mum to send me some pics of my childhood doll house and it turns out she is some sort of horror cinematographer *moody, dimly lit photos of interior dollhouse rooms*

Then, they try to move out when the threat becomes overwhelming, while the audience gets to know what the monster is:

Three story house for rent. Reduced rate due to strange noises coming from the attic *a full grown cat is laying sideways in the open dollhouse's attic shape*
