As mentioned in my recent Monarch review, his wings were broken:
So I got in touch with Entertainment Earth's customer service, and they sent a replacement figure out immediately - they even said I didn't have to send the broken one back! So, worst case scenario, I'll have one with his wings glued in place "down," and one with his wings glued in place "spread." I'll update this post once the replacement arrives.
Update! The new Monarch arrived, and his wings work perfectly!
The eyes were painted poorly - one pointing up, one pointing down and to the side - so I swapped the heads. But the important thing is that the wings are mobile and unbroken, and that Entertainment Earth took care of the problem in a timely manner. That's quality customer service!
