Flippin' Through Previews - July '10

It's time once again to thumb through the toy section of this month's Previews, and see what goodies we can uncover. Scheduled to start shipping in September.

DC Direct is doing a second series of Arkham Asylum figures, featuring Batman, Bane, Poison Ivy and Mr. Zsasz. Page 135.

The new Ame-Comi statues on page 137 are looking nice: Jesse Quick and the steampunkish Joker's Daughter.

You'll find all IDW's Transformers and GI Joe comics on pages 144-148.

Good news! McFarlane's Halo Reach toys offer a few new armors. See them on page 195 and 196.

If you're a fan of vinyl toys, you should check out the art book I Am Plastic, Too on page 349.

Do you wish you had a 19" tall Deadpool in an ill-fitting cloth costume? Then page 389 is the one for you!

Also on page 389 are the new series of Minimates: a little bit Spider-Man, a little bit Fantastic Four, and a little bit X-Men.

Page 390 brings us a new "best of" assortment from Marvel Select - this one apparently has Black Spidey, Hulk, and the Green Goblin.

NECA is making Rocky Horror Picture Show figures - Riff Raff and Dr. Frank N. Furter to start with. See them on page 392.

If you're okay with paying $20 apiece for DC Universe figures, you can order series 12 and 15 on page 394.

Mezco has a new Jason Voorhees figure and a Saw Mez-It on page 401. On page 403, there are Green Hornet Mez-Itz.

Marvel fans should see page 402, where the Marvel Universe Galactus and a new series of Superhero Squad two-packs can be found.

Another NECA product on page 404: this one is Danny Trejo's Machete.

The new Harry Potter Lego sets are on page 404, as well.

There are new Transformers shown on page 408, from both the movieverse and the new Generations line.

Two more videogame characters, as well: Claptrap from Borderlands, and Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell Conviction. Not sure if that latter one is NECA or not, but it seems likely.
